Last updated: March 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Targe2 collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in our services, including family management features, AI assistance, and connected integrations.

1) Who we are and what we provide

Targe2 is a family management platform operated by SortIT, an Israeli technology company. Our services include shared calendars, tasks, reminders, family coordination tools, and AI-powered assistance for user-requested workflows.

2) Data we collect

  • Account and profile details (such as name, email, and login credentials).
  • Service content you create (tasks, events, reminders, notes, and settings).
  • Operational and security logs required for service reliability and abuse prevention.
  • Essential cookies/session data required for authentication and account security.

3) How we use data

  • To operate requested features and provide your account experience.
  • To manage family-level roles, permissions, and shared workflows.
  • To deliver notifications/reminders selected by the user.
  • To maintain service stability, support, and security.

4) Google Calendar and Google user data

Google Calendar connection is optional and requires explicit OAuth consent. We request only scopes required for identity linking and calendar synchronization.

When you connect Google Calendar, Targe2 may access and process your Google account basic identity data, the list of calendars you choose to connect, calendar and event metadata, and event changes required to display, sync, create, update, or delete events on your behalf. Targe2 only accesses Google Calendar data necessary for the user-requested functionality you enable.

  • openid, email, profile for account identity
  • calendar.readonly for reading calendars/events
  • calendar.events for create/update/delete on user-selected calendars

Google user data is used only for user-requested functions such as calendar display, synchronization, event updates, and reminders.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Targe2 does not use Google user data for targeted advertising, profiling unrelated to the requested service, sale to data brokers, or training general-purpose or personalized AI/ML models.

5) International integrations (Google, Garmin and others)

Targe2 may connect to international providers, including Google Calendar and wearable/fitness platforms such as Garmin, as well as additional partners when enabled in the product.

  • Each integration is user-initiated and requires explicit consent.
  • Only data required for the selected integration feature is processed.
  • Integration access can be disconnected by the user at any time.
  • New integrations are disclosed in product notices and policy updates before broad release.

6) Health-related features

Optional health features may include nutrition, activity, and sleep logs. Any recommendations are general guidance and do not constitute medical advice.

6a) Wearable device data

Targe2 supports connecting wearable devices and smartwatches (such as Garmin) to enrich the health companion system with automatic data. Connection is always user-initiated via the provider's OAuth consent flow, and only the permissions the user approves are used.

Data that may be received:

  • Sleep data (duration, stages, quality)
  • Activity data (type, duration, intensity, calories)
  • Daily steps and movement metrics
  • Heart rate (resting, active, daily)
  • Stress and Body Battery metrics
  • SpO2 (blood oxygen saturation)
  • Body composition (if available from the device)

How we use this data:

  • Display insights in the user's personal health dashboard within Targe2
  • Combine with existing nutrition, fitness, and sleep logs
  • Generate general (non-medical) recommendations using AI
  • We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to third parties

Disconnection and deletion:

  • Disconnecting the device immediately deletes access tokens
  • Access can also be revoked directly from the provider's app (e.g., Garmin Connect)
  • Synced data is deleted per our data retention policy (section 9)
  • Account deletion includes deletion of all wearable data

Medical disclaimer: Wearable data is for personal wellness tracking only and does not constitute a medical device, diagnosis, or medical advice. Values may be inaccurate. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns.

7) Third-party processing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data or Google user data.

We may process Google user data through service providers acting strictly on our behalf for cloud hosting, infrastructure operations, security monitoring, backup, and support delivery. We do not share Google user data with unrelated third parties except when required by law, necessary to protect rights and security, or explicitly requested by the user as part of a product feature.

8) Security controls

We protect Google user data using encryption in transit and other industry-standard safeguards where applicable, role-based and least-privilege access controls, monitored infrastructure, secure token and credential handling, and administrative access restrictions designed to minimize unauthorized access.

9) Retention and deletion

OAuth access and refresh tokens are deleted immediately or as soon as technically feasible after a user disconnects Google Calendar. Synchronization cache and related temporary metadata are deleted within 30 days after disconnect. User-created service records remain until account deletion or user-requested removal, unless a longer period is required by law. Backup copies are overwritten within our normal backup cycle, up to 35 days.

10) User controls and rights

  • Disconnect integration access in Targe2 at any time.
  • Revoke Google access directly: myaccount.google.com/permissions
  • Request data access, correction, export, or deletion via support.
